And So It Begins!

Today I received my NUTRIBULLET. I have used a Juice-Lady Juicer (not very faithfully I must add because of the waste it generates!) Today I start to turn my old habits around to good and try to revert the bad things that I have let happen to myself through my horrible eating habits. It is through Juicing and the IMMENSE help of Raw Food Rehab. I have SUCH a downfall for Sweets and Crucnhy Salty snack, and my body and health are paying this price for it GREATLY. I do ohpe that you will follow along on this journey to renew what I can of the damage I have done to myself and leave responces of suggetions and incouragement. Now, I am off for my first use of my new health regaining 'toy'! God Bless and be with you all!
